Over the past two years the Human Resources department at Bell Canada has worked closely with the staff at ACCLAIM on managing 4 targeted groups within Bell Canada to manage their sickness disability claims. These groups consisted of a large population of non-management employees, such as our 310-BELL Ontario Call Centres, Service Provisioning and Activation group, Ontario Control Centre and Repair Operations.
An organization of our size can be quite demanding at times, however their ability to provide top quality service at all times has been very impressive. They not only helped us reduce our absence costs by greater than 10%, they also educated our employees on how to manage absenteeism and incorporated preventative measures in our workplace.
