Sean is founder, President and CEO of Acclaim. Sean has over 20 years of experience in the field of disability management and has been a pioneer provider of rehabilitation services in northern Ontario and other regions across Canada. Sean has also been instrumental in developing and building Acclaim’s Occupational Health and Safety division, providing leadership and innovative solutions for complex work environments.
With more than two decades in disability management, Beryl is the driving force behind Acclaim’s assessment services, ensuring Acclaim has quality assessors nationwide who provide a wide range of independent medical evaluations and assessments. She also works with Acclaim’s employers, particularly in the public sector, assisting them with their Return to Work programs, Occupational Health and Safety, and other ability management needs.
Tony is both founder and President and CEO of Acclaim and has over 20 years of experience in disability management. Tony is a champion for disability management best practices and high service standards. As part of this goal he was instrumental in ensuring Acclaim is NIDMAR licenced with a team of dedicated professionals committed to continuing education. Tony oversees Acclaim’s Employer Services Division, developing industry leading programs and services aimed at promoting healthy and safe workplace with comprehensive return to work programs to employers across Canada.
As Chief Operating Officer, Coula ensures the smooth and consistent delivery of services to all of our clients. With over 20 years of experience in health care and more than 17 years in direct disability management, Coula is an essential member of the Acclaim family. Coula is also responsible for marketing, ensuring the Acclaim message is heard across the industry. As a strong advocate for the client experience, Coula also acts as the Account Manager for our largest national employer accounts, providing sound cost-saving measures that also allow employers to offer effective support to their employees during their time away from work due to illness and/or injury.
With over 15 years in disability management, Dawn has developed comprehensive disability management programs for employers of all sizes. Dawn is a dedicated professional, committed to educating both our team and employers on the value of following best practices within your disability management program and working collaboratively to ensure positive outcomes for all parties. As a certified Consensus Based Disability Management Auditor, Dawn has worked with a wide range of employers to identify opportunities for improvement to their respective disability management programs across Canada. Dawn is a sought after speaker able to effectively communicate the Acclaim approach to disability management, with case studies and interactive presentations, to both small and large groups.
A Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) and graduate of the York University/Seneca College Rehabilitation Services program, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, also from York University; Tania has extensive knowledge of the various legislation affecting absence and disability in the workplace and the ethical standards of her profession.
Tania’s exceptional skills in her work as an Ability Management Consultant including her ability to communicate well with all stakeholders and her natural leadership abilities and dedication to best practices make her an excellent Vice President of Operations. Tania has developed and implemented numerous disability management programs for a wide range of clients both large and small. She understands the needs of her clients and provide effective options that will improve their disability management programs, support employees and ultimately reduce costs to employers.
